“Whether it was skating on a friend’s frozen pond and choreographing “routines” or cheering on my brothers as they played hockey, ice was always a central part of our family time in the winter. We’d have a Christmas Eve open house where family and friends would drop in and visit, a tradition I’ve continued as an adult.
Now, during the holidays, I love taking walks outside and looking at all of the Christmas lights in my neighbourhood. There’s nothing better than bundling up, standing under the falling snow and drinking hot chocolate. Sharing chocolate, particularly during the holidays, is a special way to spread happiness, joy and love.”
