It’s one of our signature recipes—a feather-light dessert that doubles as a filling for your favourite cakes

  • 3 bars (100 g each) Lindt Excellence 70% Dark Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) butter
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) hot water
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) orange liqueur (optional)
  • 2 cups (500 mL) 35% whipping cream
  • 4 egg yolks
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) granulated sugar
