- 3 bars (100 g each) Lindt Swiss Classic White Chocolate, chopped
- ½ cup (125 mL) water, warm
- 2 cups (500 mL) heavy cream
- 4 egg whites (only use fresh eggs)
Maître Chocolatier Tip
For an adult treat, replace 1/2 the water with white rum. You can also add a tablespoon of poppy seeds to the ganache for a pop of colour and texture. Serve with whipped cream, fresh fruit, chocolate sauce or fruit coulis.
